Return Policy
14 Day Cooling-off Period: You have the right to return products within 14 days of receiving the items. If you wish to return a product, you must notify us via email to hello@woodmarq.ie within the 14 days. You will be responsible for the postage cost of returning the item(s). You will be refunded for the cost of the item(s) within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods. The cooling off period does not apply to customised products such as cut keys.
Delivery Times & Fees
All orders are shipped throughout Ireland via registered post with tracking, ensuring secure and reliable delivery.
Your order will be processed and prepared for shipping within 5 business days of the order being placed. Please note orders received after 5pm will be processed the next business day.

Orders weighing up to 2kg: €9.50
Orders weighing between 2kg and 5kg: €15.00
